Can I send my purchase as a gift?

Of course!  All of our products are ready for gifting. If you'd like to leave a note, before checking out be sure to leave it in the comments section.

Can I track my order?

With the exception of wax melts and small tins, all of our packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail.  Once your order is processed, a fulfillment notice with tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.

Do you offer bulk discounts for wedding or corporate orders?

We are pleased to offer bulk discounts on orders of 25 or more candles (same scent/size).  Please email meredith@birdiecandleco.com for more information regarding bulk orders.


We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50.  Free Shipping is available on all orders over $50.  Other than small packages (wax melts and single travel tin orders), all orders are sent USPS Priority Mail. 


If for any reason you are unhappy with your Birdie candle or wax melt, please contact us to coordinate a return.  Orders may be returned within 14 days, assuming the following: product is unused, return is requested within 14 days of receipt, customer pays for return shipping.
